Wake & Flow Morning Yoga with Justine

Enter your midweek with a balanced and customized 60-minute practice. Enjoy a slow and submerged start to the practice with longer holds throughout. Feel the heat gradually build into an energetic flow that keeps your mind and body moving. This practice can lean more toward the Gentle Yoga side of things depending on group energy levels. Open to all levels of practice, you will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks and a strap are highly recommended. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are available on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes/athletic wear that promotes movement and breathing. Don’t forget your water bottle 🙂
Yoga classes are $20 for a drop-in and can be paid in cash or Venmo to Justine at the beginning of each class. No pre-registration is required and you do not need to register for the entire series- drop-in when you want! 10 class cards and loyalty cards are also available, see Justine for more details.
