Player One and the Mad Catz
Formed in 2023, Player One and the Mad Catz are a Philadelphia-based 5 piece jazz fusion ensemble dedicated to the new tradition of adopting video game music into modern standards for improvisatory exploration and re-arrangement.
A band of gamers, The Mad Catz explore genres using tunes from the classic catalog of video game soundtracks that defined a generation: Mario, Sonic, Zelda, Metroid, Donkey Kong, Animal Crossing, Yoshi, Kirby, Pokemon, F-Zero, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy, Castlevania, and more! The Mad Catz celebrates the legacy of composers like Koji Kondo, David Wise, Nobuo Uematsu, and more by reimagining their works to take audiences to familiar places with a new perspective.
With an emphasis on interactivity in their live act, gamers can enjoy playing classic games like Mario Kart with their friends while the band performs, immersing themselves further in the atmosphere and experiencing the communal joys of live music and multiplayer gaming.

From high-energy tracks to fan-favorite anthems, DJ Tall Tr33’s keeps the crowd moving —and always welcomes requests to keep the vibes just right.

The East Falls Train Station is a short walk from the Fallser Club. Parking in East Falls is no problem! There is ample free on-street parking near the East Falls train station driveway at 3610 Midvale Ave and a paid municipal lot three blocks away at 4100 Ridge Ave. Midvale Ave and Ridge Ave are both well-lit!
