Philadelphia Small Business Tax Update: Changes You Need to Know

A Business and Income Receipts tax exemption for small businesses is being phased out due to a successful legal challenge to that exemption.

These changes are already in effect and will impact all For-Profit businesses in Philadelphia. 

The Revenue Department and Commerce Department officials will be here to explain in more detail.
