Philly Gumbo has been creating its eclectic mix of musical genres for more than four decades, and the Fallser Club is delighted to bring the band’s blend of New Orleans R&B, reggae, blues, and Afrobeat to East Falls to benefit G-town Radio, the voice of northwest Philly! And there will be opportunities to learn how you can get involved with your community radio station!

Love? said the Commander
Love? said the Commander is a duo from the ‘PhilaJersey’ area that embraces ‘maximal minimalism’ in order to create slow-burning emo-folk that’ll make ya feel stuff. Kate Hall met Chris Bishop in the winter of 2018 via a Craigslist ad. Since then, they’ve released six EPs and several singles and played hundreds of live performances throughout the Northeast. Their debut album, ‘Cast Away,’ was released on July 24, 2024 and the pair celebrated with an album release show at The Fallser Club on Friday, July 26.
The Fallser Club is located at 3721 Midvale Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19129
